About Me

I didn’t come to Reiki seeking awakening.

I came because I was tired.
Tired of the ache, the noise, the endless doing.
I just wanted relief. Something to help me breathe.

But Reiki, Reiki undid me.

Gently. Quietly. What I thought was healing on the surface
became a holy remembering.

I shed what was never mine
the stories, the pressure, the performance.
And beneath it all, I found truth.
I found sacred silence, and remembering
I was never broken.
Just buried.

Now, as a Reiki practitioner,
I don’t promise answers.
I don’t promise perfection.

But I do offer this:
A space to breathe.
To unravel.
To let go.
There is no fixing here.
No spiritual glitter or performance.
Just the deep, pulsing presence of Reiki itself.
Uncomplicated. Ancient. Enough.

Each session is a soft summoning.
A return to your own rhythm.
A remembering of what has always been sacred.
So when you feel the pull to come home,
when your soul whispers
“now”
I am here,
As the channel. As the vessel. As the conduit.
For your return

The Courage to Let Go, A Guide to Releasing Fear..

Why Fear? Why Now? Fear has always walked beside us, a shadow figure tracing our every step. In some chapters of life, it whispers. In others, it roars. Yet most of us were never taught how to face fear, let alone honor it or move beyond it. We try to suppress it, fight it, or spiritually bypass it. But what if fear is not the enemy? What if fear is the doorway? This guide is not about becoming “fearless”, as that is a myth. This is about becoming intimate with your fear understanding it, softening its grip, and choosing your truth and to live in peace.
