About Me

I didn’t seek Reiki to become more. 

I turned to it to remember what’s real, to be able to breath in a world filled with chaos.

This practice met me in a time when life felt loud, heavy, scattered and full of pain. 
And slowly through breath, presence, and the gentle rhythm of hands and energy 
I began to release what wasn’t mine. 

I softened. I returned.
 I let go of the stories and the pressure.
What remains is truth. Stillness. 
And the deep knowing that we’re already whole and everything we need is within ourselves if we just breath and surrender to the stillness and silence.

Now, as a Reiki practitioner, 
I offer what I’ve received, 
holding space and being the catalyst
 for the quiet, powerful gift of Reiki. 

I don’t complicate it. 
I don’t layer it with extras. 
Reiki itself is enough.
Each session is a space to settle. 
To unravel. 
To come back to yourself with grace. 

There is no fixing here - only remembering.
